Terms of Delivery & Returns

 

All orders over €200 are shipped free of charge within E.U.

We deliver our products worldwide with only a few exceptions. Our shipment partners are DHL, DHL Express and for some countries UPS. All information regarding availability, shipping, and delivery of a product are anticipated and estimated values only.

These values do not constitute binding or guaranteed shipping or delivery dates and times, except where these are expressly stated as binding as part of the shipping options for the relevant product. We will inform you in a separate email should any of the products ordered by you be found unavailable during order processing. You will be informed immediately of any delays in the delivery. A contract regarding unavailable goods shall be deemed void. We will ship goods within 24 hours of order receipt/payment.

We reserve the right not to deliver where ordered goods are unavailable. We will inform you of that circumstance immediately and will refund any payments received immediately.

1. Delivery Times

Orders placed before 11 a.m. (Central European Time) are usually shipped the same day.

In case of advance payment, we ship out the order as soon as we receive payment. Should we not receive payment within 14 days, we will cancel the order.

Germany:

Delivery time is approx. 1 - 3 business days.

Europe:
Delivery time is approx. 3 - 6 business days.

International:

Delivery time is approx. 6 - 10 business days, which may vary depending on the relevant customs office.

For products made to customer specifications (bespoke orders), the delivery time is at least 14 working days. We will inform and update you about shipping times via email. 

 2. Prices and shipping costs

Prices and shipping costs comply with the choosen shipping address respectively country of delivery. After entering the shipping address, you’ll see the valid prices and shipping costs in your shopping cart and in your order overview.

The indicated prices are final prices in Euro including VAT. Additionally we charge the below-mentioned shipping costs.

For customers from Switzerland apply following provisions:

Customers from Switzerland do not have to pay VAT. After entering the shipping address the VAT will be automatically deducted. Please note, that arising duties, fees or import sales taxes (in accordance with the provisions of respective countries) must be taken over by yourself. It is also recalled on every article detail side.

Shipping costs depending on desired mode of dispatch.

International / Worldwide

After entering the shipping address, you’ll see the valid prices and shipping costs in your shopping cart and in your order overview. In case of international delivery may apply further taxes (e.g. intra-community acquisition) and/or duties (e.g. customs), which are payable by the customer. 3. Return or replacement of items from foreign countries

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please send the unused item/s in their original condition back within 14 days after receiving them. In this case, please email info@gammallini.com

We cannot accept items that have been tied, ironed, worn or washed.  Please send your purchase back in its original and unused condition.

The invoice amount will be reimbursed to the payment method that has been used for the order.

As soon as we have received the items, we will reimburse you for the article. The customer bears the costs of return.

4. Return address

Returns should be sent to our European Distribution Office located in Amsterdam.
